Product Decisions scores product capabilities to approximate their importance and satisfaction for the selected market and buyer group. The tool presents three deep dives based on Gartner® Peer Insights™ for each mapped capability: Buyer Segmentation, Competitive Insights and Buyer Quotes. You’ll also have access to Recommended Research based on your selected market, buyer group and filters.

Create a Custom Product Group by selecting 3+ products.

As an alternative to Gartner-defined markets, create a Custom Product Group composed of at least three supported products to serve as the basis for the methodology. The tool will display the Gartner-defined capabilities most common to the majority of the products selected by the user.
