But there is still lots of hard work to be done: The same survey finds that only 40% of those organizations are working on specific supply chain DEI initiatives.

    About the 2022 Gartner-ASCM Supply Chain DEI Survey

    For the Supply Chain DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) 2022 Survey, Gartner and ASCM surveyed 384 participants at large supply chain organizations primarily in the U.S., Canada and Europe from 1 December 2021 through 31 December 2021 on broad supply chain DE&I dimensions (ethnic/racial minorities, women, LGBTQ+, physical ability and others) and initiatives. The survey results reveal best practices for improving supply chain DE&I.
