Piers Hudson is part of the HR Functional Strategy and Management research team and based in London. This team focuses on the HR function's strategy planning process and the upcoming trends that will impact it. Our research then looks at how HR can develop the roles, structures and capabilities needed to achieve these strategic goals.
Mr. Hudson has worked on change management in most of these roles - usually in support of IT projects at Accenture.
